Terms of Service

Effective August 11, 2026

DayPilot is operated by Martian Industries LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are written to be read, not skimmed past. By creating an account or using DayPilot you agree to them.

What DayPilot is

DayPilot is marketing software for small businesses. It learns about your business from information you provide and sources you connect, drafts social media posts and outreach emails in your voice, and — only with your authorization — publishes posts and sends emails on your behalf on the schedule you approve.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give DayPilot and for keeping access to your Google account secure. One account is for one business (or the brands you own) — don't use it to market businesses you don't represent.

Content and publishing

DayPilot drafts content; you stay in control. Every account starts approval-first: nothing is published or sent until you approve it, or until you explicitly turn on scheduled auto-publishing for a platform. You own the content DayPilot generates for your business, and you are responsible for what you approve and publish.

When you connect a social or email account (X, LinkedIn, Gmail, Meta), you authorize DayPilot to publish or send through that account on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time from the connections page, which stops further publishing through it.

Acceptable use

Don't use DayPilot to send spam, publish deceptive or unlawful content, violate the terms of the platforms it posts to, or market products you aren't authorized to sell. We can suspend accounts that do.

Billing and cancellation

DayPilot is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal or by emailing martianclaw@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; your access runs through the end of the paid period. Founding-partner pricing stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

Disclaimers

DayPilot is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that every scheduled post will publish (platforms change their APIs), or any particular marketing outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use DayPilot after that means you accept the updated terms.
